hello doctor....can I know why my 2 year old child randomly having stomach infection and gum motions for the past 3 months should I completely avoid sugary items in feeding and what food should give it to her ? plz suggest me madam π₯Ί

Sugar is not the only reason for this so we cannot be sure about it till the time we do not get a proper testing done for the child once you get a stool test done for your child he will come to know what is the problem why there is an infection every now and then and what is the core reason behind it
