Hello doctor.. can I give garfish (kola) to my 3year old son.. many said it has lots of Mercury content in it, so not recommended for pregnant ladies and small children

A. better to avoid if so.... fish contain high levels of mercury, it could adversely affect the development of the nervous system in their babies. give traditional family food. tc
