Hello doctor, Can ayurvedic medicine "Jatyadi tail" be used in deep wound injury of 3 year old kid to heal wound faster. The kid has undergone all antibiotics, dressing treatment etc. on time. The injury is 10 days old. Can someone suggest any oral homeopathic medicine to treat the wound faster? Thanks in advance
