Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. apply topisal 0.3 % lotion x hs x 5days here you can follow your doctor advise and he will explain you in a proper manner after doing a proper assessment as it's important .
So it's better to get the solution in a correct way .
You can also consult online to a doctor for the same as a detailed discussion can be done .

Apply coconut oil on the scalp to get rid of the dandruff. U can buy babyhug cold pressed coconut oil which is pure and additive free.
Apply it atleast 2-3 time in a week for best results.

Moisturize the skin..
u can buy mamaearth baby lotion.
This will help to moisturize the skin leaving it soft and smooth and give relief from dryness
