Q.

hello doctor as per vaccination chart there were two vaccines at the month of 9 i.e. MMR1 and meningococcal vaccine1 but ANM has given MR 1, JE 1, IPV III, PCV booster in govt. hospital. I am confused now. Kindly guide me. is it MMR1 and MR1 same? Do I have to get my child vaccinated with MMR1 and meningococcal vaccine if not same. Currently she is 1 year and 6 days old.

A. MMR is a combination of mumps measles and rubella and a preferred vaccine better take MMR vaccine afterwards and meaning of vaccine is not mandatory to all the babies o k
