Hello Doctor As I was advised by my doctor to give food to the baby without salt and sugar. So I want to know if we can give a little amount of jaggery and mishri (sugar candy)

A. dear mum salt should be avoided till 1 year of age little amount of sugar or jaggery can be used to prepare food like porridge or kheer but avoid excess sugar intake due to risk of overweight and obesity
