hello doctor as I told u before my baby has stomach infection due to place change and water change..he has loose motions and vomates..I went to my doctor child specialist..he given me zanocin50 syrup for him..is it ok can I give him for stomach.

A. yes it is an antibiotic medicine which treat bacterial Infection, give it as per advice dose n advice frequency. also gibe ors water to avoid dehydration. hand wash more often
