Hello Doctor Actually sir my baby is going to be 1 year old in next 20 days. Should I continue formula milk or I can give him the milk which we are taking( mother dairy/ Amul milk). If we can give him the milk except from FM. What type of supplement I can add in milk like some flavoured powder.

Yes you can give any kind of milk after the age of one year to the child of similar to what you are having Do supplements can be added in terms of package drinking powder but if you want you can go ahead with fruits and dry fruit powder the very healthy to go ahead with don’t have anything additional before the age of two years and avoid using sugar if you canWrite Your Answer Here
