Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. it is very normal for small children to have slightly warm/hot head palms and soles but if the growth of the child is proper no need to worry about the warm head palm and soles.
you have to consider it as fever only if the temperaturex in the armpit is 100°f / 37.7°c or more.
the warm head palms and soles are due to hyperdynamic xcirculation in these areas (that is necessary for development) which is normal.
RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. It’s a normal body temperature I don’t see anything for you to be worried further more you can take a temperature with a thermometer if you see that the temperature is 99°F or more than then that it would be fever otherwise it’s a normal normal body temperature
