hello Doctor 5 yr ki meri doughter aaj morning se 3 bar vomit kiya hai or fever v ho gya hai.

A. vomit k liye any medicine?

A. Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations. cold spoftnging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .
