hello Doctor 1 month 23 days ke baby boy ko cough cold hone pr local Doctor ko dikhai unhone D3 aur Zincovit syrup nasal drop suggest Kiya lekin cough cold nahi bnd hua hai doctor bole sardi jaane pr cough cold bhi thik ho jaayga ..... Doctor mere baby ko sinarest syrup pila sakte hai kya pleas mujhe suggest kare .. aur halki khasi bhi ho gai hai fever bhi aajaati h please mujhe medicine suggest kare
