Hello docter hmari beti 2 sal ki h usk aage k teeth or yellow sa jm gya cotton cloth se saf b kiya pr ab usme tiny holes dikh rhe h hum kya kre plz suggest

A. Hello dear parent, this cobdition is called early chilhood caries and is a cavity seen in young children. The causes are 1. lack of proper brushibg 2. excessive intake of soft and sugary food stuff 3. prolonged bottle feeding or breast feeding. You can visit your nearest pediatric dentist for treatment of these cavities and preventive treatment so that other teeth are not affected.

A. Kiddodent toothpaste and oral B toothbrush usually use I don’t know why are you using cotton as there is no concept of using cotton to clean the teeth you should use proper toothpaste and toothbrush they have started to decay I think it’s better that you consult the dentist once
