hello docot 7 and half weeks pregnant. but still heartbeat of the child is not happen.what could be the reason

Madam we cannot tell you what is the reason there could be hundreds of reasons associated with that but sometimes the heartbeat can be seen by the time of 10 to 12 weeks also so you just proceed with what your doctor suggest right now and also they can only confirm the reason behind no heartbeat
