hello doc..please let me know why my 3 year baby have all night fever twice a month gap of 10-12 days..she is having cold and cough after that she is having fever 103.6 medicine refered by doc tussq dx 5ml azthromicn 5ml sinarest 3ml paracitamol suspension 3 ml in morning fever is around 99-100 so sinarest is 5ml...after fever is high half of para and sinarest is given..but still fever is 100 whole night && after taking medicine or may be she is complaing for stomach pain for some time..why.?

Maintain a good personal hygiene and follow your doctor’s instructions. You can try using Babyhug medicine dropper. Good luck and take care
