Hello doc My son is 6 manth old he have dry cough last 3-4 day so right now i give him this medicine but no relax so plz suggest me what I do

If there is no relief to your child and rubber connect with your doctor on that part because they can help you properly going ahead with this I would like to tell you that you have to take another medicine litti which is going to be feasible as per the age
