Hello Doc, My Son Is 2 years 1 month he is not speaking. other kids of he’s age speaks.He only speaks sometimes otherwise he do actions that he want that or that with fingers.

It Could be a little bit of speech delay but that’s normal with kids as they say you do not have to worry about it Sam can speak early summer little late you can consult a speech therapist for further checkup you will come to know what’s the reason and what else can be done
