hello doc ,my son angad us 3 year 10 months hus height is okay according to age but other looks quite taller than him.which food should I give him.to increase height .

A. hi well,each child is different and having own different physique so first please don't compare your child with others if child is looking happy and active, gains enough weight, achieve age appropriate milestones then no need to worry about such things
