hello doc my elder daughter is 4yrs old. she is suffering from Tooth decay pls suggest the medication as well as some good toothpaste for her problem. kind regards mounika

A. Dear parent, this condition is a severe form of early childhood caries. Please consult you nearest pediatric dentist to prevent further damage. No toothpaste or medicine can help in this condition. Immediate treatment is recommended.

A. No medication can be suggested for this is such a bad shape that your child is in right now it’s really important that you consulted dentist seems like your further is also going to get spoiled if you do not treat this correctly so please get in touch with the dentist as soon as you can
