Q.

Hello Doc, my daughter will be 2 next month, now I am in a verge of weaning. How can I introduce cow milk to her? and most importantly what would be the quantity for daily intake?

A. minimum milk requirement is 500 ml throughout the day including dairy products. you can offer milk in animated sippy cup. add fresh fruits or dry fruits powder to the milk. start with small quantities initially. engage the baby in elaborated stories or toys while feeding. use playful methods of feeding.
