hello doc my daughter is 2yr old what should I give her to gain weight... she is 2 yr old but wears clothes of 12-18mnths old.. plzz suggest..

A. For healthy weight gain, it is important to feed fat and protein rich foods like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, chicken, fish, egg, legumes, banana, milkshakes with dry fruits, avocado, paneer and 500-600 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks alongwith variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, coconut water and buttermilk.
