A. 400 ml per day max at this age you have to offer everything which is made at home to your child. you have to give 400 ml milk everyday and you can either give milk or milk products but the amount should be total of 400 ml you have to give at least one and half katori rice and one katori dal everyday. you have to give at least one and half katori vegetables everyday. you have to give at least one and half katori wheat/roti products to the child everyday. you have to give at least two fruits everyday you can go for different recipes and flavours according to your local delicacies and diets. you can add ghee as well as dry fruits to the diet.

A. Start giving water in the night instead of giving breastfeeding and also slowly start quitting on your breastfeeding in the nighttime which is what is going to be beneficial and slowly only the child is going to give up on that
