Q.

Hello Doc, My daughter feel down from walking in her forehead had some swelling how can I treat her ? I want to meet doctor or home remedies are enough?

A. apply ice-packs gently on the site. This will help her counter the pain and soothe the inflammation.To do it the right way, take an ice-cube and rub it over your palms. Apply the cold icy water on the affected area by gently patting on the site. it will help to reduce swelling

A. You can actually go ahead with applying ice cube or keep a cold pack on to that area that is going to help in settling down the swelling into that area and if you need you can go ahead with applying Thermophob cream on that that’s going to help in setting the spelling also
