A. it is very normal for small children to have slightly warm/hot head palms and soles but if the growth of the child is proper no need to worry about the warm head palm and soles. you have to consider it as fever only if the temperatureg in the armpit is 100°f / 37.7°c or more. the warm head palms and soles are due to hyperdynamicf circulation in these areas (that is necessary for development) which is normal.

A. A toddler feeling warm to the touch without having a fever can be due to various reasons. It's normal for a child's body temperature to fluctuate throughout the day, and factors like activity, clothing, and environment can influence how warm they feel. Here are some common reasons why a toddler might feel warm without having a fever: 1. **Activity Level:** - Physical activity can increase a child's body temperature. Check if the room is too warm or if there's a source of heat nearby. 4. **Teething:** - Teething can sometimes cause a slight increase in body temperature. This is generally not considered a fever but can make a child feel warmer. 5. **Recent Activity:** - If your child has recently eaten or had a hot beverage, their body temperature may temporarily increase. 6. **Emotional State:** - Emotions like excitement or stress can also affect body temperature. Pay attention to your child's emotional state. 7. **Recent Bath:** - If your child has had a warm bath, their body may retain heat for a short period afterward. 8. **Illness Recovery:** - If your toddler recently had a fever due to an illness and is now recovering, their body might still feel warmer than usual during the recovery period. 9. **Underlying Medical Conditions:** - In some cases, certain medical conditions or infections can cause the body to feel warm. If you have concerns, consult with your pediatrician. If your toddler doesn't have a fever, seems otherwise well, and the warmth is not persistent, it's likely a normal variation in body temperature. However, if you notice other symptoms, changes in behavior, or if the warmth is accompanied by
