hello doc.. my baby is 6 mnth old and from past 15 days she is having loose motions. I have started her on liquid diet from 1 jan but after 8 days she started having watery stools after ech feed. doc has prescribed colistop for 5 days and the loose motion subsided but aftr the 6 th day she started having loose motion, so again doc prescribed her O2 suspension. still the baby is having loose motion although the frequency is less but now her motion is green in color. please suggest what this could be and why the motions are not subsiding. TIA

Few medications, tummy issues, teething, change in gut diet can affect colour of the stool. Maintain a good personal evaluation for your child. Give easily digestible homemade like homemade cerelac, daal or chaaval paani. Complete the course of medication as prescribed by your doctor.
