hello doc my baby is 40 days old... my concern is that he is doing potty after every feed. im givng cow milk in day and powder milk in nyt. Potty is come wid pressure may b he is havng gas problm due to that he is doing in pressure nd its look like little loose motions not completely. plz suggest

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Mother's milk is complete food for the baby . The initial portion is watery that takes care of hydration and the later portion that is creamy and rich in facts will provide then necessary nutrition. So there is no need to give even water . Try to exclusively breastfeed the baby for first 6 months after birth.gases happen ,ycombat discomfort caused by gases in the babies you need to burp them properly post every feeding session, give few minutes of tummy time regularly to release out the gases. You can also give gastica drops or Himalaya bonnisan drops
