hello doc. my baby is 25month old...she can speak maa baba dada kaka didi bhai cow cat cherry litchi etc. but no extra words or rhymes... she achieved her all milestone time to time accept this talking.. any problem?

khyati patelMom of a 5 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. These are too many words that your baby is speaking, even my baby speaks all these words, gradually they will start speaking, all you need to do is keep talking to your baby.

my daughter is also 25 mnth old and she says everything
like rhymes, and sbse baat krtti h aur khud hi answer v deti h

A. I can totally relate you. my bub is of same age and m facing same issue. understand everythng, hez very sharp but little bit speech delay. can't communicate properly. try speech therapy if u can otws talk talk talk much wid him. read books to him. explain everything

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 10 m old girl3 years agoA. try speech therapy and also. speech delay can be due to many reasons and hence to know it needs a detailed examination ENT specialist visit to know any hearing impairment or any stimulus causes of poor speech in baby . Speech therapy is also of help .
