Hello Doc, My baby is 22years old now. She don't have proper sleep in the nite time. keep asking me to feed. Mrng she will not but night no control. Tried to stop many times but still I can't. Please suggest me to stop.

A. Hi mom I think you mean two years Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products Take a good care of your baby Gradually stop feeding at day then at night Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
