hello doc my baby is 14month now, can we give pumpkin seeds if yes then please tell how to give like powder or paste

However you like to give it powder powder or paste that totally your choice but when you make a powder make sure to dry roast all of them properly before you make a powder if if you’re making a pure or liquid form then that’s totally your choice both are good options to be given to the child
