hello doc. my baby is 10 months old. these days she is sleeping 11 to 12 hrs in a day. is she having sufficient sleep?? or she is running short of sleep?? please let me know. i worried whether my baby is having less sleep.

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi, your baby is 10 months old now at this age baby should be sleeping around 12-14 hours.if she is taking less sleep during the day then give her good meal,wear well fitting clothes and keep lights and noise to minimum
