hello doc my baby fell down on her back today at school after coming home I applied ice on her head coz there is a little swelling she didn't vomit or dint cry harder as per her teacher still concerned kindly suggest wat to do

A. Still you should monitor the behaviour for another 24 to 48 hours if you see sudden vomiting or anything that’s abnormal to you then immediately visit your doctor and also check with the school what first aid the teacher and the school people have given to your child as you need to be more certain abt that too
