A. yes off course water for 8m baby is must . . yes for egg but no for chicken fish..start these after 1 yr After 1 year of age you can start giving the child everything with you prepare for your family at home . But the meals you are giving should be easy to digest less oily and less spicy for him . Keep giving some natural probiotics like curd buttermilk or yogurt every day for a better digestion. The diet should be balanced one. Should incorporate seasonal fruits and vegetables that provide micronutrients and fibre. Proteins are the building blocks of the body, so meals should be proportionate. Lean meat fish eggs can also be introduced gradually. Nuts to be given, soaked in water beforehand.

A. Water can be given from the age of seven months can be given from the age of nine months chicken and fish from the age of 10 months so this is like you can go ahead with this way and the white part of egg can be given after completing the age of 13 minutesWrite Your Answer Here
