hello doc... my baby boy is 4m old today... he is having cold and cough from 2 days( slightly cough)... no fever till date...pls advice what to do using nasoclear nasal spray to stuffy nose...

A. Cough and Cold should be treated only after a proper examivnation by a doctbor as there may be some associated factor . As the first line of treatment you can give steam inhalation which would be helpful . Cough Syp should be given only after a proper evaltuation .
