Q.

Hello Doc my baby boy is 14 months old and he has not got a single tooth yet. How can i help him to grow his teeth or when should we go to doctor. thanks in advance

A. Hi usually kids show a little delay in getting their first milk teeth and they can get their first milk teeth maximum upto the age of 15-18 months.. so you can wait for some more time otherwise consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist

A. hi well ,it is natural process. and it is normal ,no issue don't worry babies can get their teeth at the age between 6 to 15 months. so wait for few days more give calcium rich diet like Ragi , nuts, dairy products more avoid giving RO water provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
