hello doc ,,,my 2yrs old kid suffering from high grade fever (102 above sometimes )he is under treatment as his crp 1:16,but which syrupis best for hivh grade fevers and plain paracetamol is ok or jn combination with mefenemic acid is good to control fever ,,he have no other symptom rather than fever ,kindly let me know

fever is not disease
it is reaction of body to Infection
so whenever child get it ,it means child's body is fighting with some infection
and as your child is getting it very frequently, please visit your pediatrician,it is very important
keep your child well hydrated
give Tulsi leaves with pinch of salt and Turmeric powder and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning
