hello doc ... mere delivery ko 18 days hogaye hai pehly pehly milk bht kum nikalta tha ab thoda thoda thk horaha hai .mai apnay baby ko breastfeeding kararahe houn mager mujhe dar rehta hai ki usko proper milk milraha hai ki nhi aur mai usko formula milk b dairhe houn

Hi dea mere delivery b haal mai hovi hai pehly mai b yehe sochti thi jaisay jaisay time hoga milk supply kud badega jitna baby suck karyga pehly burp b nhi aayega lakin baad mai her cheez normal hoti hai don't take tension baby urine pass karna chye ....Himalya ka shatavari tab laiskhti ho ussai milk supply mai madat milti hai Fenugreek seeds ko raat ber biga ker rakho subah wahi Pani garam ker k piyo oats khavo in sab sai help milta hai milk supply ko badany mai aur stres mat lo ussai milk supply kum hota hai....
