hello doc, mere bete to constipation rehta hai pehle hard poty ati thi aur blood bhi ata tha pichle kuch to me se sab theek chala abhi pichle 3 din baad poty gya uske baad poty saf k baad aisa kuch dikha normally 3 din me poty jata h mera beta . pls meri help kijiye ki ye kya hai.pls help me.

Your child is having constipation for which kindly give plenty of water to drink and fibre diet made from cereals pulses vegetables and fruits.
Changes in diet has to be made
Specially give papaya, banana, oats, fennel seeds water pear, prune, pineapple, resins, plum as it will help in decreasing constipation.
Even after that the problem continues kindly meet your doctor for constipation medicine.
it is important for you to know that the problem of constipation will improve with increasing age of the child.
You may increase or decrease the dosage of constipation medicine if needed according to the consistency of the stool.

Increase the liquid intake and fibre intake of your child. Serve foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating. Consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice. Good luck and take care.
