hello doc. main 7 month pregnant hu muje 8 month lga hua hai aur muje 6month mein diabetic ki problem ho gayi abb main insulin le rahi hu 6 unit morning and 4 night mein meri fasting diabetic 120 se 125 aur breakfast ke 2 hour badh 110 se 120 tk aati hai pls muje koi diabetic diet plan btao jisse baby healthy born ho

A. hi please take multigrain food items more take green veggies, fresh fruits those are low in sugar like lemon, orange , guvava,apple etc, Brown rice instead of White rice are Best for your health.
