A. dear Mum, weight of 10 kg is on the lower side for your 3 years 2 months old child. for healthy weight gain, give a homemade balanced diet having a variety of food groups. grains and millets - 3 servings pulses legumes/egg non veg: 1-2 servings seasonal vegetables including green leafy vegetables: 1.5 serving fruits - 1 serving milk and milk products 500ml sugar 4 tsp oil 5 tsp control intake of processed and packaged foods.
