hello Doc, just wanted to ask how much milk intake is enough for 2.5 yr old baby .. some doc says that don't give milk to babies cause its leads to anemia.. is it true ?

A. hi well, Upto 500ml milk per day is enough. yes don't give more than this as too much milk intake can cause low iron level in kids
