hello doc is 1 glass coconut water considered as one meal for 2 yrs baby.My baby after drinking coconut water doesn't eat anything for 4-5 hrs

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. one glass is ample amount to fill a toddlers tummy, I would advice to avoid giving any liquids around meal time, give him all traditional family food.
