hello doc i m 24 week pregnant my AFI came 22 cm in scan , i m not diabetic,doc said to rest more n eat less salt,, do i need to worrry or wat precautions i shud tk ? is it problematic? plz guide me

A. hi mom just don't worry avoid salty so that blood pressure is normal can add salt in foods but avoid salty foods like papads, pickles etc
