A. child appears to be having colic pain. Very important to prevent colic pain by proper burping. Go for 15 to 20 minutes burping time after every feed. Give tummyx time as well as limb cycling moments. The child in upright position and walked briskly. Medicines you can give drops gastica / flatuna 0.5 ml to the child. A. Gas in smaller babies is a very common and a Matter of concern most of the times for care giver. its mostly because of immaturity of the gut . formula feed or early introducugtion of cows milk in babies may be aggravating factor. proper burping after each feed is very important. Enzyme preparations like aglozyme or vitazyme can be beneficial. Also colicaid drops can be given.
