hello doc, how much cow milk to be given to 1 year old girl in a day .. i have stopped breastfeeding her nd planning to give her only cow's milk as i have some health issues .. till now she was exclusively breastfed .. from some days i have started giving her cow's milk in porridge.. pls suggest thanks

250 ml per day is enough at this stage of age
so give cup of milk once or twice in a day
try it with different flavors like elaychi milk, milk with honey which help to encourage your child to take interest in it.
