Hello, doc and mommies, My child is now 7 months and 1 day so I wanted to know should I continue the 8-month cerelac stage for my child? or wait for my child as she completes the 8 months. Please assist me and Thanks.

Expertpriyamvadha- NutritionistNutritionist4 years agoA. start all varieties of food like porridge, purees, finger foods of fruits n veggies. Don't stick to only cerelac as meal. also feed warm water after every meal for easy digestion.
