Hello dearies R Breast firming creams good to use? Which one is best and results oriented? Any herbal Cream?

Bhurabi BharaliMom of a 12 yr old boy8 years agoA. It is normal to get loose or saggy breast during breastfeeding... Once you wean off completely, the may be some change or recovery, but not completely... So what you can do is... Always wear correct size bra.. Neither too loose nor too tight.... You can wear push up bra or sports bra too... Don't sleep on your tummy, sleep on your back.. Try to maintain proper body posture while sitting and standing .. Keep your back and shoulders straight... Massage your breast using olive oil or breast firming Cream .. massage twice a day for atleast 15 minutes... Massage in a circular motion... Apply gentle pressure while massaging... Massage in a outward to inward circular motion.... There are some yoga assan which can help you to tight the breast.. Like bhujangasana, ustransana, etc... You can apply egg on the breast and rest it for half an hour... Also you can apply fengureek seed paste regularly on the breast for 10-15 minutes daily... It helps a lot.. You can also apply aloe Vera gel on the breast regularly... Also there are many breast firming exercises you can do like swimming, push up, stretching your arms upside etc... Whatever you follow, please follow that regularly to get results...
