Hello Dear, Today my daughter is 11 months old, what can I give for her good growth. And she's just trying to walk.

A. Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also. Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc. Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common. Supplements like iron supplements and multivitamdin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to ingfcrease the appetite. Diet counselling is also very important .

A. Hi After the age of 10 months actually you should be giving every thing to the child whatever is generally prepared or at home for everybody else because that is the right kind of food to be given to the child after that age so you can definitely go ahead with giving that like dal rice Roti sabji Paratha whatever you are cooking traditionally at home
