hello dear one , just wanted to ask some questions relating to food for my baby ... he is 1 year n 27 days now ... so what are the solid foods you all mom's are giving them ? any suggestions please

A. hello n good moelrning you can feed your kid with all the food options specially the local food options in fruits and veggies np rest3ictions for this age group include all the food groups

A. Just giving them the same food that our family eat...And yes,also make them eat with family as it creates a good connection and bonding with both ; family and food .....
