Q.

Hello Dctr, I am 27 weeks pregnant and having low lying placenta problem so my doctor suggested for bed rest and am completely take care of myself still I have very heavy back ache. please suggest any exercise which is helpful for me in this situation and get relief from back ache.

A. Low lying placenta is a high risk factor and you are not supposed to even strain while passing motion and take strict bed rest. Use of pregnancy pillow to support your back and don’t do any exercises. You can stretch a little bitWrite Your Answer Here
