Hello dactor meri delivery ko 4 year ho gye mera tummy fat ja hi nhi rha h bht sare exercise ker chuki hu plz suggest

Ru Doing only exercising or are you taking a diet also I would just like to tell you that you know when you are just looking forward to lose on your weight in a proportionate manner you have to go for a proper dieting as well as bad of course you should go for a proper exercising as well like you mentioned you want to do it and try doing intermittent fasting this time it’s going to be really helpful
