hello can ragi give daily tow or three times a day ? sometimes i have nothing to give baby only ragi is available so is it save to feed ragi daily for some days ?? baby is 1 yr 9days old please answer thankyou

Ragi It’s good one time but it is not a proper food that you can give it three times in the day and how can you say that nothing is available where in you are eating proper food at home you should be giving the same to the child after the age of 11 to 12 months you should give everything to the child Roti sabji Paratha rise everything so give regular food rather than giving ragi to the child all
